Maintenance Clerk

Location: Baldwin Park, CA

Pay Rate: $15.50 – $17.05 per hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Maintenance Clerk to join our team. The Maintenance Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the maintenance and upkeep of our facility. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work

• Inspect and maintain facility equipment and systems

• Monitor and order supplies and materials as needed

• Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems

• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and customers

• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a maintenance role

• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
