Leasing Consultant

Location: Woodland Hills, CA

Salary: $20 – $24 per hour

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team in Woodland Hills. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all leasing activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective tenants and provide tours of the property

• Answer questions about the property, amenities, and rental rates

• Negotiate rental agreements and process applications

• Collect security deposits and other fees

• Prepare and execute lease agreements

• Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues

• Prepare and submit monthly reports

• Assist with marketing and promotional activities

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in leasing or property management

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
