Insomniac – Recruiter

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Insomniac Recruiter to join our team in Calabasas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding and recruiting top talent and a proven track record of success in the recruitment industry.

The Insomniac Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for a variety of positions. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, providing feedback on candidates, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for a variety of positions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.

• Provide feedback on candidates.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process.

• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

• Assist with other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment.

• Proven track record of success in the recruitment industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Strong understanding of the recruitment process.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
