In-Store Merchandiser – Whittier

We are looking for an experienced In-Store Merchandiser to join our team in Whittier. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong understanding of merchandising principles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandising plans to maximize sales and profits

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability

• Maintain store displays and ensure product is properly merchandised

• Develop and maintain relationships with store personnel

• Provide excellent customer service

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising

• Knowledge of merchandising principles and practices

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
