Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Host to join our team in Woodland Hills. The Host will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome

• Seat guests in a timely manner and ensure that all guests are comfortable

• Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations
• Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their dining experience
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure that all tables are properly set and clean
• Monitor the dining room to ensure that all guests are being served in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Host or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Pay: $16.54 – $18.54 an hour
