We are seeking an experienced Hospital Administrator to join our team in Woodland Hills. The Hospital Administrator will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the hospital, including financial, personnel, and clinical operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hospital administration and a commitment to providing quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the hospital’s operational efficiency and effectiveness

• Oversee the financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of hospital staff and departments

• Ensure the hospital is providing quality patient care and services

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and community partners

• Manage the recruitment, hiring, and training of hospital staff

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of hospital departments

• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction

• Oversee the development and implementation of marketing and public relations initiatives

• Ensure the hospital is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in hospital administration

• Proven track record of success in hospital administration

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
