Job Description
We are looking for a Guestroom Attendant to join our team in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring that all guestrooms are kept clean and tidy.
Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize guestrooms, including bathrooms, floors, and furniture
• Change bed linens and towels
• Vacuum carpets and dust furniture
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guestrooms
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
• Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed
• Follow all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours
Compensation:
This position pays $24.62 an hour.
