Job Description:

We are looking for a Guest Service Representative to join our team in Agoura Hills. The Guest Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about our services
• Answer questions and provide assistance to guests
• Handle guest complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
• Process payments and complete transactions
• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and presentable
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
