General Facility Maintenance

Location: Baldwin Park, CA

Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $30.00/hr

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced General Facility Maintenance worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair work on facility equipment and systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

• Inspect and troubleshoot facility equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues

• Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems

• Maintain and repair facility grounds, including landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor lighting

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in general facility maintenance

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and systems

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
