General Clerk – III
Location: Point Mugu, CA
Salary: $39,228 – $70,720
Job Description:
The General Clerk III is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the organization. The General Clerk III will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data entry, filing, and other administrative duties. The General Clerk III will also be responsible for providing customer service to internal and external customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform data entry and filing duties
• Answer phones and provide customer service
• Assist with the preparation of reports and other documents
• Maintain records and databases
• Assist with the preparation of presentations
• Assist with the preparation of meeting materials
• Assist with the organization of events
• Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements
• Assist with the ordering of office supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
