Full-Time Assistant Store Manager
Location: La Verne, CA
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team in La Verne. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including customer service, sales, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, including customer service, sales, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor store performance and take corrective action when necessary.
• Train and motivate store staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor store inventory and order new stock as needed.
• Ensure that the store is clean and organized at all times.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Assist in the development of marketing and promotional strategies.
• Assist in the preparation of store reports and other administrative tasks.
• Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
