Front Desk Supervisor
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $24.70 – $27.45 per hour
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team in Los Angeles. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that all guests receive excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the daily operations of the front desk, including greeting guests, answering phones, and responding to inquiries.
• Ensure that all guests receive excellent customer service.
• Monitor the front desk staff to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and guest information.
• Ensure that all front desk staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with training new front desk staff.
• Monitor the front desk area to ensure that it is clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
