Front Desk Agent
Location: Calabasas, CA
Salary: $18 – $20 per hour
Job Description:
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team in Calabasas. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors, as well as performing administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries
• Handle check-ins and check-outs
• Process payments and provide receipts
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests and visitors
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic computer applications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
