Front Desk Representative
Location: Hacienda Heights, CA
Pay: $21.05 – $21.80 an hour
Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its services
• Answer phones and take reservations
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Assist guests with any inquiries or requests
• Ensure all guests are provided with a pleasant and efficient check-in and check-out experience
• Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
