Job Title: Floral Representative
Location: North Hills
Pay: $17.00 – $19.50 an hour
Job Description:
We are looking for a Floral Representative to join our team in North Hills. The Floral Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating beautiful floral arrangements for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Create beautiful floral arrangements for customers
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers for their needs
• Ensure that all floral arrangements are properly cared for and maintained
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of floral supplies
• Ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time
• Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a floral shop or related field
• Knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
