Floor Staff

We are looking for an experienced Floor Staff to join our team in Alhambra. The Floor Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide them with information about products and services
• Assist customers with selecting items and making purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience
• Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
