Job Description

We are looking for a Floor Staff to join our team in Long Beach. The Floor Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring that all areas of the restaurant are clean and organized, and helping to ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service

• Ensure that all areas of the restaurant are clean and organized

• Assist with food preparation and presentation

• Ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience

• Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a customer service role

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Compensation:

This position pays $17/hr.
