Employer Services Specialist I
Location: Pasadena, CA
Salary: $73,400 – $94,930
Job Summary:
The Employer Services Specialist I is responsible for providing excellent customer service to employers in the Pasadena area. This position will be responsible for responding to employer inquiries, providing information on services and programs, and assisting employers with the development of their workforce. The Employer Services Specialist I will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with employers, providing technical assistance, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Respond to employer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide information on services and programs available to employers
• Assist employers with the development of their workforce
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers
• Provide technical assistance to employers
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Participate in meetings and events
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least two years of experience in customer service or related field
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
