Educator

Location: Torrance, CA

Salary: $15.00 – $20.25 per hour

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Educator to join our team in Torrance, CA. The Educator will be responsible for providing educational instruction to students in a variety of settings. The Educator will be expected to create and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide feedback to students and parents. The Educator will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that are appropriate for the age and skill level of the students

• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents

• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment

• Monitor student behavior and intervene when necessary

• Collaborate with other educators and administrators to ensure student success

• Participate in professional development activities

• Attend parent-teacher conferences

• Maintain accurate records of student progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

• Previous experience as an Educator

• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational and time management skills
