Disney Store Key Holder Cast Member (PT)
Job Summary:
The Disney Store Key Holder Cast Member (PT) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a magical shopping experience for guests. The Key Holder Cast Member (PT) will assist the Store Manager in leading the store team in the execution of store operations, while driving sales and profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist Store Manager in leading the store team in the execution of store operations
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and properly merchandised
• Assist in the training and development of Cast Members
• Assist in the implementation of visual merchandising standards
• Assist in the execution of promotions and special events
• Assist in the maintenance of accurate inventory levels
• Assist in the maintenance of accurate cash handling procedures
• Assist in the maintenance of accurate sales records
• Assist in the maintenance of accurate payroll records
• Assist in the maintenance of accurate store security procedures
• Assist in the maintenance of accurate store safety procedures
• Assist in the maintenance of accurate store policies and procedures

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to use basic computer applications
Compensation:
This position pays $20.00 – $21.50 an hour.
