Customer Service Technician

Location: Chatsworth, CA

Salary: $2,917 – $3,920 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Technician to join our team in Chatsworth, CA. The Customer Service Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries

• Provide technical support to customers

• Maintain customer records and update customer information

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Assist with customer billing and payment inquiries

• Provide product information and advice

• Assist with customer service training

• Assist with customer service initiatives

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous customer service experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of customer service software and databases

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
