Customer Service Team Member
Location: Redondo Beach, CA
Pay: $15.96 – $18.25 an hour
We are looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team in Redondo Beach. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Process customer orders and payments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
