Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Irwindale. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the customer service department, ensuring that customer service standards are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives
• Monitor customer service performance and provide feedback to team members
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Ensure customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and disputes
• Monitor customer service trends and recommend improvements
• Train and mentor customer service representatives
• Develop customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer service metrics and report on performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, customer service, or related field
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: $67,350 – $95,355 per year
