Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Pathology team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work the evening shift.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Process orders and provide information on products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work the evening shift
• Knowledge of pathology services and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
This position pays $18.51 – $27.77 an hour.
