We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative I to join our team in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and customers.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues
• Process orders and payments
• Maintain customer records
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Identify and suggest potential products or services to customers
• Upsell products and services
• Stay up-to-date with product and service information
• Participate in promotional activities
• Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Salary: $16/hour
