Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative – Bilingual – Nights to join our team in Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in both English and French.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services

• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed

• Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management

• Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and French

• Previous customer service experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work nights

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Knowledge of customer service software and tools

Compensation:

This position offers a competitive salary of $27 – $31 per hour.
