Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA
Salary: $20 – $22 per hour
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Rancho Dominguez. The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed
• Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
• Assist with order processing and order fulfillment
• Assist with customer billing and payment processing
• Assist with customer service training and development
• Assist with customer service initiatives and projects
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
