Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team in La Puente. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed
• Provide general support to customers, including answering questions and providing product information
• Process orders and payments
• Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management
• Assist with other customer service related tasks as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of customer service software and databases
