Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Admin, Associate Specialist [HYBRID] to join our team in Rosemead, CA. The Contract Admin, Associate Specialist [HYBRID] will be responsible for providing administrative support to the contract management team. This position will be responsible for the review, analysis, and negotiation of contracts, as well as the preparation of contract documents. The Contract Admin, Associate Specialist [HYBRID] will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Review, analyze, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Prepare and review contract documents.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and track contract performance.
• Provide administrative support to the contract management team.
• Assist with the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in contract management.
• Knowledge of contract law and negotiation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
