Concierge Services Representative

Location: Pasadena, CA

Pay: $19.06 – $28.58 an hour

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Concierge Services Representative to join our team in Pasadena. The Concierge Services Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and clients. The Concierge Services Representative will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients and will be responsible for providing information, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and clients upon arrival and provide them with information about the services and amenities available.

• Answer questions and provide information about the services and amenities available.

• Respond to requests for assistance from guests and clients.

• Resolve any issues that may arise.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests and clients.

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and presentable.

• Assist with any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of the local area is preferred.
