Clinic Coordinator

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $26.99 – $38.66 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. The Clinic Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to the clinic staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient appointments and scheduling

• Manage patient records and medical files

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Assist with patient registration and check-in

• Answer phones and respond to inquiries

• Assist with billing and insurance claims

• Maintain inventory of medical supplies

• Prepare and submit reports as needed

• Provide administrative support to the clinic staff

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a medical office setting

• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance billing

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
