Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Clerk-Data Entry Lead to join our team in Monterey Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data entry operations and providing leadership to the data entry team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the data entry team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry operations
• Develop and implement data entry procedures and processes
• Train and mentor data entry staff
• Monitor data entry performance and provide feedback
• Troubleshoot data entry issues
• Ensure compliance with data entry policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of data entry activities
• Prepare reports on data entry performance
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Lead or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of data entry procedures and best practices
• Working knowledge of MS Office and data entry software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours
