Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Camp Lakers Coach to join our team in El Segundo. The Camp Lakers Coach will be responsible for leading and supervising campers in a variety of activities, including sports, games, arts and crafts, and other recreational activities. The Camp Lakers Coach will also be responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for campers, as well as ensuring that all campers are following the rules and regulations of the camp.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise campers in a variety of activities, including sports, games, arts and crafts, and other recreational activities.

• Ensure that all campers are following the rules and regulations of the camp.

• Provide a safe and fun environment for campers.

• Monitor campers’ behavior and intervene when necessary.

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of activities.

• Provide guidance and support to campers.

• Assist with the planning and implementation of camp activities.

• Ensure that all campers are properly supervised at all times.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience working with children in a camp or recreational setting.

• Knowledge of sports, games, and other recreational activities.

• Ability to lead and supervise campers in a variety of activities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
