Call Center Scheduler – Orthopedic Clinic – Full Time – Days – 8hr

Location: West Covina, CA

Salary: $16.12 – $23.05 an hour

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Call Center Scheduler to join our Orthopedic Clinic team in West Covina. The Call Center Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

• Schedule patient appointments and confirm appointments

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and other callers

• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of patient information

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible schedule and ability to work 8 hour days
