Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Location: Manhattan Beach, CA

Pay: $17.56/hour

We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate) to join our team in Manhattan Beach. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for promoting our products and services to customers, providing excellent customer service, and helping to increase sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with product information

• Assist customers in selecting the best products for their needs

• Demonstrate product features and benefits

• Answer customer questions and address any concerns

• Process customer orders and payments

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with inventory management and restocking

• Participate in promotional activities and events

• Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous sales experience preferred

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Knowledge of basic computer applications
