Benefits Specialist – Remote (Calabasas)
We are looking for an experienced Benefits Specialist to join our team in Calabasas. This is a remote position with a salary range of $58,302 – $87,505 per year.
The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for administering employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and other voluntary benefits. The Benefits Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as providing excellent customer service to employees.
Responsibilities:
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and other voluntary benefits
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to employees
• Manage employee benefit enrollment and changes
• Process benefit invoices and reconcile benefit accounts
• Maintain employee benefit records
• Assist with the development and implementation of new benefits programs
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits
• Monitor and analyze benefit trends
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Participate in benefits-related projects
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with HRIS systems a plus
