Beauty Advisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Beauty Advisor to join our team in Calabasas. The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and a strong understanding of the beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed
• Assist in inventory management and restocking
• Participate in promotional activities and events
• Achieve sales goals and objectives
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Knowledge of the beauty industry and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
