Barista – Store# 23741, AZUSA & BADILLO, COVINA

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Store# 23741, AZUSA & BADILLO, COVINA in Covina. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee drinks and other beverages to customers

• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Greet customers and take orders

• Answer customer questions and provide information about products

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service

• Upsell additional products when appropriate

• Follow cash handling procedures

• Receive payment and provide change as necessary

• Stock shelves and coolers with product

• Clean and maintain equipment

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista

• Knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation:

This position pays $17.00 – $19.30 an hour.
