Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Store# 10307, ROSECRANS & CENTRAL, COMPTON in Compton. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks and other beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and process payments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Assist with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be 18 years of age or older
