Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Store# 05688, HAWTHORNE & EL SEGUNDO in Hawthorne. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks

• Follow health and safety guidelines for all products

• Receive and process customer orders

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Provide excellent customer service

• Follow cash handling procedures

• Restock supplies as needed

• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista

• Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• High school diploma or equivalent
