Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Store# 00607, DOWNTOWN BURBANK in Burbank. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks

• Follow recipes and presentation specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow health and safety guidelines

• Take customer orders and process payments

• Provide excellent customer service

• Answer customer questions and provide information

• Stock and restock supplies

• Clean and sanitize work areas

• Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista

• Knowledge of coffee and espresso drinks

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation:

This position pays $17.00 – $19.30 an hour.
