Associate Relations Analyst

Location: Rosemead, CA

Salary: $30.50 – $43.00 an hour

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Associate Relations Analyst to join our team in Rosemead. The Associate Relations Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in the areas of associate relations, employee relations, and compliance.

The Associate Relations Analyst will be responsible for:

• Investigating and resolving employee relations issues, including complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to associate relations.

• Developing and delivering associate relations training programs.

• Assisting with the development and implementation of performance management systems.

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with associates.

• Assisting with the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.

• Assisting with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to associate relations.

• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in associate relations, employee relations, or a related field.

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
