Salary: $57,336 – $78,837 a year

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Asset Protection Specialist to join our team in Rialto, CA. The Asset Protection Specialist will be responsible for protecting the company’s assets from theft, fraud, and other losses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and loss prevention, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the premises to detect suspicious activity and prevent theft or other losses

• Investigate and document incidents of theft, fraud, or other losses

• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances

• Maintain records of security-related incidents

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures

• Train and supervise security personnel

• Monitor security systems and equipment

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

• Remain up-to-date on security trends and best practices

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in security or loss prevention

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of security systems and equipment

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
