Admissions and Outreach Assistant
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $26.99 – $38.66 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Admissions and Outreach Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles. The Admissions and Outreach Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Admissions and Outreach team. The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the recruitment and admissions process, including scheduling interviews, responding to inquiries, and providing information to prospective students.
• Assist with the development and implementation of outreach initiatives, including attending events, developing marketing materials, and managing social media accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions and outreach activities.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Admissions and Outreach team.
• Provide administrative support to the Admissions and Outreach team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing databases.
• Assist with the development and implementation of new admissions and outreach initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least two years of experience in admissions and/or outreach.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of admissions and outreach best practices.
