Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the organization, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the organization, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Prepare and distribute reports and other documents as needed.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
