Administrative Support Coordinator
Location: Pomona, CA
Salary: $3,505 – $5,508 per month
Job Summary:
The Administrative Support Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. This position is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the organization’s staff, managing office operations, and providing customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the organization’s staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing office operations.
• Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating with vendors.
• Provide customer service to clients, including answering phones, responding to emails, and providing information.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
