We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Santa Monica, California. The ideal candidate will have experience in the TV & Film industry and be able to provide administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing calendars
• Assist with the coordination of production activities, including booking travel, coordinating with vendors, and managing budgets
• Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Prepare and submit reports
• Assist with research and data entry
• Perform other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the TV & Film industry
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail
