We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fullerton. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing emails
• Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Greet visitors and answer phone calls
• Assist with data entry and filing
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist with special projects as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
