Admin Coordinator

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Salary: $68,637 – $85,841

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Admin Coordinator to join our team. The Admin Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including managing office operations, coordinating meetings and events, and providing general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating office services

• Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes

• Provide general administrative assistance, including filing, data entry, and answering phones

• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned

• Maintain accurate records and filing systems

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

• At least 3 years of administrative experience

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
