Accounts Payable Clerk – Full Time – Days – 8hr
Location: Covina, CA
Salary: $22.94 – $32.80 an hour
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Covina. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy of financial records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Maintain vendor files and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Prepare and process payments
• Respond to vendor inquiries
• Assist with month-end closing
• Assist with other accounting duties as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) is a plus
